- How many days to Make Installation at My Place?
It’s Maximum Take all process to be complete 3 working Days if its is Feasible.. We will inform you Once your application has been processed for technical feasibility and when your building has been verified you will receive a call from us to assist you on selecting a tariff plan and all other terms & conditions. Installation will be done after getting the Plan Value amount. On the time of installation you will need to submit the below listed documents for Activation.

- Are You Providing static IP?
Yes We are providing Static IP With our Corporate Internet Plans Only. for Home Broadband Plan there is no Provision of Static /Public IP.
- Can I Change my Plan Any Time?
Yes, you can upgrade downgrade anytime, but rental payment is non refundable and non adjustable, so you will lose your active remaining subscription days if you upgrade or downgrade in the middle of an active subscription.
You are not recommended to change your plan if you are already in an existing live subscription. Choose the right plan and highest possible plan always.
